I find your PTR example in your support information confusing. The example appends a "98"to the IP without explanation. Also, aren't the IP's in ptr records to be backwards? Gmail is rejecting mail from my domain because it can't find the PTR though their own intoDNS search site finds a PTR but it is reversed to my ISP as net-233-98.actionnet.net rather than my IP. Does this mean I need to contact my ISP? I have tried your DNS app, and it does not play well with my mail software which requires a static IP.Thank you..

Only static IPs can set up reverse DNS or PTR records. The static IP can be purchased from the Internet Service Provider. If you are on a dynamic IP, you can either obtain a VPS and host your mail server on a VPS or you can use a relay service to send emails via a static relay host.
