Hello,
My router doesn't accept dns names at "Server address" box, so I cannot use "gnudip.dynu.com/gnudip/" as server address.

It accepts only IP addresses, So I tried using the IP address of gnudip.dynu.com instead, but it didn't work, I'm sure it's because of the missing /gnudip/ at the address, so it points to the wrong location.

Any possible solutions?

Could you please let us know your router model or send us a screenshot of your router DDNS
settings?

The router is HUAWEI HG532n and I beleive it has a custom firmware from our ISP TEData.

We regret to inform you that this GnuDIP protocol does not work with Dynu dynamic DNS
service at this time. We offer free IP update client software on your computer to keep
your hostname mapped to the IP address at
[1]https://www.dynu.com/DynamicDNS/IPUpdateClient.

In the meantime, we suggest that you take a few minutes to comment on your
ISP's support forum requesting that Dynu be added to the dynamic DNS
service provider list, which will make the IP update easier for you.
