I have a web hosting (3rd party). I wish a sub-domain point to DYNU?

Is this correct?

Type: CNAME
Hostname: mysubdomain1.mydomain.com
URL: ns1.dynu.com
TTL: 3600

Are you trying to use mysubdomain1.mydomain.com for dynamic DNS? If so, you should first create a free third level hostname such as example.dynu.net with Dynu and the CNAME record should look like below:

Type: CNAME
Hostname: mysubdomain1.mydomain.com
URL: example.dynu.net
TTL: 3600

I do not see any use case for you to point mysubdomain1.mydomain.com to Dynu name server ns1.dynu.com.
