Hi,

I'm using Windows 11 64-bit 23H2. Have recently installed Dynu IP Update Client V5.4.0 and trying to sign in with the correct username, password, and Group. However, I keep seeing the error "Unable to authenticate". I've tried on my mobile hotspot as well, same error. The Dynu service is running.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
