I just started using your update client and I am wondering if there should be an icon in the system tray that shows it is running? The past updater's I used all had an icon in the tray. If not, no problem--I guess it will just update my IP in the background when it changes . If there is suppose to be an icon in the system tray, how do I get it in there?

The IP update client software runs as a Windows service in the background as you have guessed. So there is no need for the icon in the system tray.

If you want to change the settings, you can always run the client software and update the settings.
