After Adding Dynu Nameservers at my Domain host I ran a dns check and received the following:

NS list does not match list from parent zone. This should be addressed because queries for this domain may require an extra lookup (and more overhead) because there is no direct relationship between the NS records at the parent and the NS records at the authoritative servers. This can cause delays.

NS addresses do not match list from parent zone. This should be addressed because queries for this domain may require an extra lookup (and more overhead) because there is no direct relationship between the NS records at the parent and the NS records at the authoritative servers. This can cause delays

Can this be Fixed?

Yes, you may edit the name servers in 'Name Servers' section for your domain name in the control panel. You need to make sure that the name servers you list at your registrar match the ones in the 'Name Servers' section.

In the DDNS control panel, you will find the 'Name Servers' icon, click it and adjust the name servers to the ones you have listed with your registrar. Doing this solved the problem for me.
