Hello all. I am running my own iRedMail server at home. My ISP blocks port 25. I can send mail through a service that I use at turboSMTP. I do not receive mail at all except when I send a test message from my DYNU email services dashboard. Your help and guide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Have a safe & wonderful day!

Strangley, eveything started working properly for me. Sending and receiving.

What software are you using to host your mail

DNS is cloudflare.
Email server is MailPlus server on Synology.

(Synology setup on Dynu no longer matchs up with current version of app so I’m just setting it up as I do know what I’m doing)

Unfortunately, I am not familiar with MailPlus. I know that in iRedMail I had to specify port 2525 as the port to listen on. Then add that port to the firewall. Port fowarding on the router as well. Then make sure that your DNS settings are correct

Yes I have done all that and verified that the mail server can be connected to from outside my network. Dynu seems to think its working as well as it connects and then clears the queue even though my server is not getting any of the messages.
