I purchased the relay setup email service and I have tyried it on 2 servers and it does not work. I need help getting this setup please.

I am using this with Veeam Backup & Replication

SMTP Server: relay.dynu.com
User name: relay@relay.smcshelp.com
Password: The one that I gave it

Port:I have tried all of these: SMTP: 25, 26, 2525 SMTP SSL: 465 SMTP TLS: 587

Can anyone help with this issue? I feel like I have been cheated. I have used other services before and they work straight out of the box, but this one just doesn't work as instructed.

Where is the from address for this test email? I have SMTP relay with Postfix and it works just fine. You can always ask for a refund if it does not work for you but overall Dynu's service is pretty nice and easy to use.

The To Address is the top one the From address is the bottom one.

This is just the Veeam Backup Agent software and it just isnt working, but it works with anything else I test it with.
