I just made my first distribution list for a forward-only account and the link sent to potential members seems to require the new member to create a dynu account and log in. Is that...right?

I've never seen a system that would require someone to create a service account just to be a _member_ of an email list, which makes me think I'm doing something wrong.

The distribution list member can use any email address and they only need to receive a verification email to confirm that they do want to receive emails from the distribution list.

I am having the same problem. Did anyone find a solution to this issue?
