On 10/21/2026, some Dynu services went down due to data corruption. During our investigation, we detected unauthorized access to some of our systems and placed them in lockdown as a precaution. Our investigation found no evidence that any customer data was taken. Name server resolution and VPS services were not affected. Services were restored in stages. Email Store/Forward and relay were brought back online first. Our website was then restored across all regions, and Full-Service Email was restored progressively by domain. Email service has now been restored for all domains. Due to the high volume of queued traffic, email may run at reduced performance for the next few hours while it catches up. We expect performance to return to normal shortly. The IP Update service performance may be degraded. Our team is working to restore it as quickly as possible. We will continue to monitor closely. We apologize for the disruption and thank you for your patience.
