It is a common problem that people use weak passwords that spammers manage to figure out. We have an auto-ban feature in place to protect your email accounts.
The Auto-ban functionality blocks IP addresses. If more than ten invalid logon attempts are made from the same IP address in an hour, the IP address will be banned for a period of an hour. All email accounts from the same IP will no longer be able to connect during that period.
If you are in an office where multiple users connect using the same IP, or you have multiple email clients set up for different email accounts, please make sure all users and email clients are using the correct credentials.
